At Az n Co 3D Solutions, every order is custom-made with care. Since our products are 3D-printed to order, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Processing Time

• Standard production time is 3–10 business days depending on the size and complexity of your order.

• Larger or highly customized items may require additional time—we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle, or courier services).

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Express shipping (where available): 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

 

Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

• If your package is lost in transit, we’ll assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement where possible.

Made-to-Order Guarantee

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations once printing has begun. Please double-check details (such as colors, sizes, and personalization) before finalizing your purchase.
