That means looking at material, strength, tolerances, orientation, environmental conditions, surface finish and assembly requirements before deciding how something should be manufactured.

CAD Design
You don't need to arrive with a finished 3D model.
We can develop custom components and printable geometry from measurements, drawings, sketches, photographs, existing components, design concepts and functional requirements.
Whether we're creating a replacement component, solving a fitment problem, developing a prototype or designing something completely new, CAD allows us to take an idea and develop it into something that can actually be manufactured.

Custom Fabrication
Some projects require considerably more than pressing print.
Az n Co. takes on complete custom fabrication projects involving multi-part manufacturing, mechanical assembly, reinforcement, mounting systems, electronics, lighting, surface preparation and finishing.
This includes commercial displays, retail installations, large-scale features, props, presentation pieces, mechanical assemblies and unusual one-off builds.
3D printing is one of the manufacturing tools we use.
The finished project is what matters.

Large projects can be engineered as multiple components and assembled into finished pieces considerably larger than the machines used to manufacture them.

Send us your STL, STEP or CAD file, measurements, photographs, drawings or details about what you're trying to achieve.

2. We Assess the Project
We'll look at the application, geometry, dimensions, material requirements, tolerances, strength, finish, quantity and any CAD or fabrication work required.
3. Design & Quote
Where design work is required, we'll establish the scope and manufacturing requirements.
Once we understand the project, we'll provide a clear quote before production begins.
4. Manufacture
Your project moves into production using the material, equipment and manufacturing approach appropriate for the application.
5. Assemble & Finish
Where required, components can be assembled, prepared and finished as part of the complete project.
6. Collection or Delivery
Completed projects can be collected from our Sydney studio, with delivery available depending on the project and destination.
